Peter Feldman (vocals) has been involved professionally in the performing arts since 1969, and in arts administration since 1979. As the son of an opera singer, live music was a part of his life virtually every day for 18 years. He played in various bands through high school and college, from folk rock to R&B. While in university, he studied voice at the Eastman School of Music in Rochester NY for three years. After graduation, he worked for eight years in virtually every aspect of the theatre: as an actor, pit musician, technician, stage manager and designer. In 1979, Peter became manager of the Students’ Union Building Theatre at the University of Alberta in Edmonton. During five seasons, he had the good fortune to collaborate with artists and producers including Sarah Vaughan, Dave Brubeck, and Dizzy Gillespie. He also partnered with Perryscope Productions in Vancouver to present pop music artists like Squeeze, AC/DC, Chris DeBurgh, the Nylons, Doug and the Slugs and John Kay. Peter then spent 22 years as the founding Executive Director of the Canadian Arts Presenting Association (CAPACOA), a pan-Canadian organization serving those associated with the live performance touring industry. In 2012 – 2013, he served for one year as General Manager of the Ottawa Symphony Orchestra.
Officially retired in 2013, he returned to performing music. He is a member of Cuppa Joe, an a cappella jazz quartet, and plays bass and sings in a new rock group named Thee Electric Goats. Peter performed his first solo jazz voice engagement in November 2017.

Normand Glaude (upright bass & harmonica) started to play music at the age of 5, when his father gifted him with a diatonic harmonica. Within weeks, he was playing a handful of reels and was performing with his father in retirement homes. In high school, he joined a rock band in need of a bass player, then fell in love with the lower frequencies. Jazz appeared much later in his career, in his mid-twenties, as Normand transitioned rock to jazz-fusion, then to traditional jazz – going back in time, but now on the double bass. He became obsessed with melodic bass lines, solid time and great grooves, and became the bass player of choice for many artists in the Ottawa region. In the early 2010's, his artistic voice led him back to the chromatic harmonica, an instrument he had neglected for far too long. He now regularly performs both on bass and on the mouth organ. Normand studied as an electrical engineer, and immensely enjoyed understanding and recording the music. His basement quickly filled up with recording equipment, and eventually built a recording studio with the performing musician in mind. (www.morninganthem.ca). So far, he has produced and/or recorded dozens of albums for other artists (some award winning), and has performed on bass and harmonica on many of them. One of the more notable recordings is a collaboration with Tim Bedner, a Berklee alum, called “Of Light and Shadow” - an acclaimed performance. Recently he rekindled his love for his very first instrument, the harmonica, and has had the pleasure to add this unique sound to his voice, live and on recordings.
