Welcome to the Concert Hall at 10,000 Hours — a versatile, musician-focused space designed to elevate every musical experience. Ideal for intimate concerts, masterclasses, workshops, or large group rehearsals, our Concert Hall adapts seamlessly to your artistic needs.

What’s included with your Concert Hall rental?

  • A Steinway & Sons Model B on stage, tuned prior to your event.

  • Professional lighting, with unlimited colour options.

  • 2 backdrop options of black curtains, or black curtains with gold sequined drapes.

  • Use of our Chamber Music Studio for your Green Room while your guests arrive.

  • One attentive employee from 10,000 Hours to ensure your event runs smoothly.

  • A poster (provided by the renter/artist) of your Concert/Event to be put up around the studios.

  • Mention in our weekly e-blast under our Community Events section.

  • One feature in our weekly e-blast, sent the week prior to your Concert/Event

  • Minimum of 1 post/repost to our social media accounts.

  • Your Concert/Event posted on our calendar of events on our website.

Capacity

Our Concert Hall can seat a maximum of 55 guests and this can very depending on the amount of musicians and/or instruments on stage.

  • Solo piano, or Duo (not including drums) - 55 seats

  • Trio (not including drums) - 50 seats

  • Trio/Quartet (including drums) - 40 seats

  • Cabaret Style (tables with table cloths & chairs) - 24-32 seats

Additional Equipment onsite, available upon request

  • 1 microphone + stand + mixer + small speaker system.

  • Jazz drum kit, donated by Dave’s Drums

  • Music stands

  • Small folding tables

What the Renter/Artist should provide 10,000 Hours

  • Poster for your event — one to put up, one for our eblasts, and one for social media

  • Link to purchase tickets

  • Biography (if wanted to be included on our website)
